Mariadoug was once a forested mountain, it became barren a decade ago. The people of the surrounding villages faced acute water shortage due to the deforestation. The hardship of the community inspired Fr Kishore and village leaders to undertake a massive afforestation and water harvesting program. The film tries to juxtapose the original footages taken by Fr Kishore along with present day imageries of people reaping the fruit of the program. The film is a testimony of how a community came together to regain the environment they had lost.
